Sometimes students who are admitted into our graduate program cannot attend due to a variety of reasons and request that their admission be deferred to the following semester. Decisions on deferral requests are done on a case-by-case basis. A student whose deferral request is declined can be reconsidered for admission, without a new application, for up to one year from the semester of their original application. Beyond the one year timeframe, students can can reapply for admission in a subsequent semester, indicating history of past admission.
