2. Department PR calendar used for listing colloquium and DLS talk schedules

       Follow the steps below to subscribe to CS Department PR calendar (in Gmail) - 

   • Navigate to your Stony Brook Computer Science gmail account. and LOGIN.
   • Copy this link on the URL to add the calendar (www.google.com/calendar/render?cid=pr%40cs.stonybrook.edu)
   • Public Relations calendar will appear underneath the Other calendars header

    

       Once the shared Calendar is added in Gmail, you can access the calendar in Outlook. If the calendar is not
       showing up in Gmail, please follow the above instructions to subscribe PR calendar (in gmail). You may
       need to restart Outlook.

       Follow the following format while scheduling events -

   • For DLS, add  'DLS:' prefixed to the title
   • For Colloquium, add 'COL:' prefixed to the title
   • For all general events, add 'MISC' prefixed to the title
