How can I connect to CS_Secure wireless network in the department?

Most computer systems will be able to connect to CS_Secure in a few simple steps. Users will be prompted to authenticate with their Computer Science Username and Password and then asked to accept an encryption certificate. Below are the manual instructions for connecting to CS_Secure from each of the major operating systems.

• Windows. Select CS_Secure from the list of available wireless networks the first time you attempt to connect to campus wireless. CS_Secure automatically configures the encryption and authentication settings on a user's computer or device which will make for a quicker and easier connection to CS_Secure in the future, especially using Windows XP. CS_Secure only needs to be selected the first time a person tries to connect to the department Wi-Fi. After that, users should connect to CS_Secure.
