2012 Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities
Professor Scott Stoller has received 2012 Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities.
The award is given to faculty "who have demonstrated a record of sustained scholarship in the sciences, humanities, and professional studies or consistent creative productivity in the fine and performing arts." Awardees receive a certificate and medallion at the University's Annual Awards Dinner in the Fall. The award is publicized in "Happenings", the University's Senate report, and other campus publications. Prof. Stoller does research on design, analysis, optimization, testing, and verification of software, with emphases on concurrency, security, and incremental computation.
