Established in 2011, the Center for Dynamic Data Analytics (CDDA) is a NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center (I/UCRC) between SBU and Rutgers. CDDA researchers collaborate with our industry partners to develop technologies and applications in big data management, analytics and visualization.

 

The tentative agenda includes Dr. Frederica Darema, Director of Mathematics, Information and Life Sciences, Air Force Office of Scientific Research, as the keynote speaker. In addition, SBU and Rutgers professors will discuss their projects and PhD students will present their work during the poster sessions. This year's workshop features several of new faculty who bring data science, high throughput data analytics, human computer interaction, and natural language processing expertise to the mix. A tour of CEWIT's research labs and live demos will also be available.
